Overview

KW International is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Office Staff member to support daily warehouse operations, fulfillment activities, and last mile delivery coordination. This role is responsible for assisting with order processing, shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, customer communication, and general office support to ensure smooth warehouse and transportation operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment while coordinating with warehouse teams, drivers, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory coordination
• Assist with order processing for e-commerce, B2B, and fulfillment accounts
• Coordinate last mile delivery schedules with drivers, dispatch teams, and customers
• Track shipments, delivery status, and customer orders to ensure timely service
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery paperwork, and operational reports
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, scheduling, and service issues
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, TMS, Excel, and internal reporting systems
• Support warehouse managers with administrative tasks and daily workflow coordination
• Help ensure SOP compliance and smooth communication between office and warehouse staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, office administration, logistics, or fulfillment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with SAP, TMS, or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
