1. HR Generalist

Location: Duluth, GA

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordination, offers)
• Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs
• Ensure strong candidate experience

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Support employee relations and HR inquiries
• Track attendance, time-off, and status changes

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and regulations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Support HR policies and procedures

HR Administration & Communication

• Prepare HR documents and communications
• Coordinate policy updates and internal announcements
• Support benefits administration

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify process improvements
• Support reporting and HR metrics tracking
• Contribute to HR initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR/recruiting experience
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
