Hello,
Moveret Inc., located in Duluth, GA, is currently hiring for the following position:
1. Administrative Coordinator
Location: Duluth, GA (HQ)
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing & General Administration:
- Manage company vehicles (title, registration, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain vehicle-related documentation and ensure compliance
- Manage office supplies and company assets (asset tracking and registration)
- Purchase onboarding materials for field operations
- Coordinate design and ordering of company materials (e.g., stickers, etc.)
- Monitor purchasing activities for operations and handle special/exception requests
Executive Support:
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support C-level executives with scheduling and communication
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and personal administrative support for leadership
Operations Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain operational data using Excel / Google Sheets
- Support overall company operations and administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
