주요 업무
- 개인보험 (Home), 자동차보험 (Auto), Umbrella 등 개인보험 상담
- 다양한 보험사를 통한 신규 견적, 바인딩 및 보험 변경 업무
- 갱신 관리 및 고객의 보험 보장 유지율 위한 리마케팅
- 고객 문의 응대, 보험 변경 요청, Billing 및 Claim 관련 지원
- 고객 정보 및 서류 관리
- 우수한 고객 서비스 제공 및 높은 유지율 관리
지원 자격
- 한국어/영어 가능자 (전화 및 문자 작성)
- 보험 또는 고객 서비스 경험 우대
- P&C License 보유자 우대 (미보유자의 경우 라이선스 취득 지원 가능)
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 꼼꼼한 업무 처리 능력
- 긍정적이고 배우려는 자세를 갖춘 분

Position Summary
We’re seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Personal Lines Agent to join our in-office team in Duluth. The ideal candidate is personable, detail oriented, and motivated to build lasting relationships with clients while growing a long-term career in insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, expanding agency that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on personal insurance coverage including home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines
- Quote, bind, and issue new policies through multiple carriers
- Manage renewals and proactively remarket accounts to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
- Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency compliance procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong retention rates
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred; P&C license a plus (licensing sponsorship available)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn

Compensation: Competitive base + incentive pay + full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, profit share)
