■ 연봉 :Up to $120K (면접 후 협의)

 ■ 근무지역 :
– Alexander city, AL

■ 업무내용 :
• Review and improve production processes to support company met,hods, policies, efficiency, productivity, and quality requirements.
• Ensure production teams are properly following production schedules, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
• Manage daily production activities to meet customer demand, production targets,and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production performance, including output, downtime, scrap, efficiency, manpower utilization, and quality issues.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, MP&L, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall plant performance.
• Train, coach, and support production supervisors, team leaders, and operators on company processes, safety requirements, quality standards, and production expectations.
• Identify production issues and improvement opportunities related to manpower, equipment, process flow, tooling, safety, and quality.
• Lead recovery actions when production delays, equipment failures, manpower shortages, quality issues, or other unplanned events occur.
• Participate in annual cost reduction and productivity improvement activities related to labor efficiency, scrap reduction, downtime reduction, and process improvement.
• Maintain communication among plant management, production teams, quality, engineering, maintenance, and logistics to support efficient production and customer delivery.
• Analyze and evaluate production problems and recommend corrective actions and long-term solutions.
• Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the Plant Manager or upper management.
• Complies with the following OSHA Safety Standards: Hazard Communication;
• Bloodborne Pathogens; Lockout/Tagout; Permit Required Confined Space; Hot
• Work Permit; Powered Industrial Trucks; P.P.E. and Ergonomics.
• When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job.
• Tracks production-related costs, manpower usage, scrap, downtime, productivity, and other key production performance indicators.
• Creates and generates internal management reports to track production performance, efficiency, quality results, cost savings, manpower status, and improvement activities.

■ 지원자격:
– 최소 5~8년 이상 경력자
– 학사 이상
– 리더 경험 최소 2년 이상 포함
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 구사자

■ 베네핏 :
– Benefits may vary depending on the company’s benefits program
– Meal allowance provided
– Company housing provided (subject to availability); otherwise, a housing stipend will be provided
– 80%of insurance covered by the company.
– PTO: 15 days
– Paid Holidays: 9 days
