Openings: 1
Responsible for purchasing operations, vendor coordination, and material management for field projects and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing process and purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Track material deliveries and inventory
- Support project purchasing schedules
- Maintain purchasing documentation and records
- Lead and support purchasing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage vendors and purchasing schedules
- Team leadership experience preferred
2. Finance & Accounting Team Lead
Location: AEAC – Duluth, GA
Openings: 1
Supports company finance, accounting, and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial records
- Handle invoices, payments, and expense tracking
- Support payroll and financial reporting
- Coordinate internal administrative tasks
- Maintain organized accounting documentation
- Lead finance and accounting operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Accounting and administrative management experience preferred
- Team leadership experience preferred
3. QuickBooks Administrative Specialist
Location: AEAC – Duluth, GA

Supports office accounting and administrative tasks using QuickBooks software.
Responsibilities
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and bookkeeping
- Organize invoices and financial records
- Support administrative and office operations
- Assist with reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks experience
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred
