NOW HIRING | Business Immigration Attorney

We are a boutique immigration law firm serving multinational corporate clients and their foreign national employees throughout the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney who is ready to hit the ground running and take on meaningful client work from day one.
Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Georgia (or eligibility for admission)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on U.S. business immigration experience
- Strong command of employment-based visa matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1C, and PERM
- Experience advising corporate clients on workforce immigration strategy and compliance
- Korean language proficiency required
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills in both English and Korean
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a caseload independently
