We are a boutique immigration law firm serving multinational corporate clients and their foreign national employees throughout the U.S. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team.

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in U.S. immigration law (corporate/business immigration preferred)
- Proficiency in preparing and filing employment-based visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1C, and PERM)
- Korean language proficiency required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
- Experience with immigration case management software a plus
