  Position Summary

  We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support HR operations with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities. This role will support recruiting, HR administration, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, compliance tracking, HRIS administration, and General Affairs (GA) functions as needed.

  Key Responsibilities

  Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Coordinate job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support interview and hiring decision processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities
  • Maintain recruiting trackers and hiring records

  HR Operations

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS system
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, policy acknowledgements, and compliance tracking
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and requests

  General Affairs & Administrative Support

  • Support office coordination, vendor communication, and administrative activities
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams as needed
  • Support HR audits, reporting, payroll, and timekeeping administration

  Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, but not required

  Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of HR, recruiting, or HR operations experience preferred
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Construction industry experience is a plus

  Additional Information

  • On-site position based in Johns Creek, GA
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Compensation Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
