Mobility Plus Buford is seeking a motivated and versatileSales & Technician Associateto join our growing team! We provide mobility and accessibility solutions that help people live more independently and safely. This position combinessales, customer service, communication, and hands-on technical work— making a real difference in people’s lives.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting mobility and accessibility products (scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs, ramps, and more).
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Provide consultations in-store and in-home.
• Demonstrate products and explain features clearly to clients and caregivers.
• Support rental, sales, and financing services.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and repair mobility equipment (in-store and in-home).
• Receive, assemble, stock, and display inventory.
• Deliver, assemble, and install equipment at customers’ homes.
• Conduct in-home visits for consulting, demonstrations, evaluations, and repairs.
• Maintain organized records of service and inventory.
• Ensure safety and quality standards for all installations and repairs.

Requirements:

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)during installations or loading.
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for deliveries and home visits).
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Sales, customer service, or repair/installation experience preferred.
