Position

Accounting Staff / Jr. Accountant
Location: Ontario / Riverside area (Southern California)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Salaried (Exempt)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience (salary, hourly)

About the Role
We are a headhunting firm representing a stable, long-standing company in the Ontario/Riverside area seeking 

an experienced Korean-bilingual Accounting Staff member. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented 

accountant who loves working with numbers and Excel.

Responsibilities
Handle AP/AR, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
Prepare financial reports, schedules, and variance analyses
Manage vendor invoices, customer billing, and payment processing
Support audits, tax filings, and internal reporting
Partner with purchasing, operations, and management teams

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — REQUIRED
CPA candidates currently sitting for the exam OR CPA license holders are HIGHLY PREFERRED
Prior corporate accounting experience required (in-house / full-cycle preferred)
Advanced Excel skills are a MUST (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, large dataset handling)
Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal)
Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems strongly preferred
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and committed to long-term growth
