Position

Buyer / Purchasing Associate
Location: Ontario / Riverside area, (Southern California)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Compensation: hourly pay ($26–$27/hr)
Visa Sponsorship: Available for the right candidate

About the Opportunity
We are a retained search firm partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Inland Empire (Ontario/Riverside area) 

to fill a Purchasing Associate role. Our client is growing steadily and looking for a detail-oriented team player who can contribute from

day one.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily purchasing operations, including PO creation, vendor follow-ups, and order tracking
Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing data, and inventory reports in Excel
Communicate with domestic and international suppliers in English, Korean, and/or Spanish
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounting teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Assist with cost analysis, price negotiations, and vendor performance reviews

Requirements
1–2 years of purchasing / procurement experience(food, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred)
Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred)
Strong Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data cleanup, etc.)
Bilingual: Korean–English OR Spanish–English
Strong workmanshi, punctuality, and positive attitude — attitude matters as much as skills
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
