Responsible for purchasing operations, vendor coordination, and material management for field projects and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing process and purchase orders
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Track material deliveries and inventory
• Support project purchasing schedules
• Maintain purchasing documentation and records
• Lead and support purchasing operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to manage vendors and purchasing schedules
• Team leadership experience preferred

Safety & Administrative Specialist (Entry Level)

Location: Field Sites (U.S. Projects)
Openings: Multiple

Supports construction site safety management, administrative coordination, and field operations for battery manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site safety operations and field coordination
• Assist with safety inspections and documentation
• Maintain safety-related reports and records
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors
• Support communication and translation (Korean / English preferred)
• Assist with general administrative tasks at project sites

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants are welcome
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in field environments
• OSHA training/certification can be provided by the company
• Bilingual (Korean / English) preferred
• Construction or industrial experience is a plus
