As we rapidly expand our footprint across the North American market, we are seeking an aggressive, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development and dealer network expansion in the US.
Position Summary
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new AMR/AGV customer accounts nationwide and building a robust network of value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrator (SI) dealers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of mobile robotics and a proven track record of B2B sales in the industrial automation sector.
Key Responsibilities

Nationwide Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new enterprise customer accounts for AMR and AGV solutions across various industries (Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Automotive, etc.) throughout the United States.

Dealer & Partner Network Expansion: Recruit, onboard, and manage industrial automation dealers, distributors, and system integrators to scale our market presence.

Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, plant managers, and engineering directors.

Technical Sales & Consultation: Conduct product demonstrations, understand client-specific operational pain points, and propose customized robotic automation solutions.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to help refine regional sales strategies and product positioning.

Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide (up to [40-50%], as needed) for client meetings, site assessments, and industry trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience

Industry Experience: Minimum of [5+] years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, establishing dealer networks, and managing long sales cycles in industrial automation.

Network: An existing professional network of manufacturing/logistics clients and automation dealers in the US is highly preferred.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical specifications into business value for clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Equivalent practical experience in robotics sales will be considered).

Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
