모집 포지션 (Mechanical  Superintendent)

Job description 

The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical construction activities related HVAC and Plumbing on the project site. This position ensures that mechanical systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with drawings, project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Key responsibility

1. Field supervision
2. Submittal / shop drawing review
3. Schedule management
4. Progress check
5. Quality control
6. Safety management
7. Material and equipment management
8. Technical support & problem solving
9. Reporting to manager

Preferred qualifications

Experience of HVAC and/or Plumbing in industrial project or commercial projects

OSHA30

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
