Pay: $60,000 – $75,000+ per year pending performance & experience

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and compassionate team member who is fluent in both Korean and English to join our growing Health Insurance Department. This role supports clients with Individual Health Insurance, Medicare, and Group Health Plans.
Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. The most important qualities are a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. We will sponsor and fully support the right candidate through the licensing process with hands-on training every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Individual Health Insurance plan selection and enrollment
- Support Medicare clients and answer coverage questions
- Help with Group Health Plan enrollments and renewals
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client needs and service requests
- Handle billing questions, claims issues, enrollments, and plan changes
- Support clients during open enrollment periods and throughout the year
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and educational seminars as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English — written and verbal (required)
- Strong people skills and genuine desire to help others
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems
- Willingness to obtain a Health Insurance License (we sponsor and guide you through the process)
- Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
