ABOUT US

Meaningful Milestones ABA, LLC provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior Analysis (VBA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are currently seeking both entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our growing team.

Our services are delivered across home, community, and clinic settings, including our clinic location in Alpharetta, Georgia. Depending on client needs and scheduling availability, Behavior Technicians may provide services in clients' homes, community environments, and/or at our Alpharetta clinic.

We support technicians in obtaining their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through close supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Practicum and fieldwork opportunities are also available for individuals pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field

- Experience working with children preferred

- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or related developmental disabilities preferred

Job Duties

- Implement behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision

- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on customized treatment plans

- Teach and reinforce communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills

- Collect and record data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs

- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support client progress

- Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation

- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities

Compensation

$20 – $30 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Service Locations

- Client homes and community settings in the Buford, Duluth, Suwanee, and surrounding areas

- Meaningful Milestones ABA Clinic in Alpharetta, GA

Languages

- English (Required)

- Korean (Preferred, but not required)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM 

Saturday – Sunday

- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to client availability)
