We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hybrid Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role involves a combination of inside (office-based) and outside (field-based) sales activities, including client visits, business development, and in-office sales operations.
The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing both office work and business travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct both in-office sales activities and client visits (field sales)
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Present products and provide recommendations to clients
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including follow-ups and reporting
- Travel for business meetings, client visits, and industry events when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage both office-based and field-based work
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for business travel)
- Bilingual in English/Korean preferred (English-only candidates are also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel and meet clients
