About the Role
LUXONE Techis seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic company — prior experience is preferred but not required. You'll work closely with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and play a key role in supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Support daily administrative operations and internal coordination across departments
- Help manage scheduling, documentation, and filing of HR-related paperwork
- Assist in drafting internal communications, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with project teams to track deliverables and deadlines
- Handle general office administration tasks and support leadership as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT, Visa, Green Card, Citizen, etc.)
- Proficient in English & Korean — speaking, writing, and reading
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
- Prior experience in HR, administration, or a related field preferred but not required
