Job Title:Mid Linux Engineer
Contract:1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location:Taylor, TX
Hours:Monday – Friday | 9:00 – 6:00 PM

주요 업무:
• UNIX 및 Enterprise Fedora 기반 Linux 플랫폼(Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux) 유지보수 및 관리
• UNIX 및 Linux 시스템 패치(Patching), 업그레이드, 마이그레이션, 가상화(Virtualization) 관리
• 운영(Production), 개발(Development), QA, 테스트(Test), 재해복구(Disaster Recovery) 환경의 UNIX/Linux 서버 설치 지원, 모니터링, 유지보수, 설정(Configuration), 문제 해결(Troubleshooting), 업그레이드 수행
• 시스템 성능 모니터링, 장애 대응 및 변경 관리 지원
• 관리 시스템 자산(Asset) 추적 및 정보 업데이트
• 담당 UNIX/Linux 물리 및 가상 서버 관련 이슈 발생 시 24/7/365 지원 가능
자격 요건:
• Linux 시스템 엔지니어 또는 관련 직무 경력 5년 이상
• Bare-metal(물리 서버) 환경 관리 및 운영 실무 경험 필수
• 24/7 데이터센터(Data Center) 환경 근무 경험
• UNIX 엔지니어 경험 우대
• Linux 배포판(RedHat, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Rocky 등) 실무 경험
• Red Hat Clustering(Pacemaker/Coro sync) 기술 경험 우대 (기타 UNIX/Linux OS 클러스터링 경험도 인정)
• UNIX/Linux OS 기반 스토리지(Storage) 구성 경험
• Linux 오픈소스 애플리케이션 구축(Deployment) 경험 및 역량 보유
• Linux 시스템 로그 분석 및 일반적인 문제 해결 능력
• Dell PowerEdge 및 Oracle x86 서버 운영 경험
• Oracle Exadata Appliance 경험 우대
• Bash 스크립트(Scripting) 실무 경험 필수
• 학사 학위 우대 또는 이에 상응하는 경력 및 관련 자격증 보유

Responsibilities:
• Maintain UNIX and Enterprise Fedora-based Linux Platforms (Red Hat, CentOS and Oracle Linux)
• Manage UNIX and Linux patching, upgrade, migration, virtualization
• Monitor, maintain, configure, troubleshoot and upgrade UNIX/Linux servers Production Development, QA, Test and Disaster Recovery system installation support.
• Monitoring Systems for performance, issues response and change support
• Asset tracking and updating for maintained systems
• 24/7/365 ready to support systems related to responsible UNIX/Linux physical and virtual servers
Requirements/Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer or Professional.
• Hands-on experience with bare-metal physical servers required.
• Experience working in a 24/7 Data Center
• Experience as a UNIX Engineer is a plus
• Hands-on experience on Linux Distribution Platforms (RedHat, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Rocky, etc.)
• Experience with Red Hat Clustering (Pacemaker/Coro sync) technologies a bonus. OS Clustering on any UNIX/Linux OS is acceptable
• Storage configuration experience from UNIX/Linux OS
• Proven experience & ability on Linux open-source applications’ deployment
• General troubleshooting of Linux system log analysis
• Experience on Dell PowerEdge and Oracle x86 servers
• Experience in Oracle Exadata Appliance is a plus.
• Heavy hands-on Bash, script experience
• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience & certification
