A global manufacturing company in the United States is seeking Quality Engineers to join its operations team.

Entry-level candidates with an Engineering degree are encouraged to apply.

 

Multiple openings are currently available.

 

■ Position Summary

The Quality Engineer will support quality management activities across manufacturing operations and work closely with production, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

 

■ Key Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance

• Investigate process and product quality issues and support corrective actions

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities

• Monitor quality KPIs and support quality reporting

• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality concerns

• Support customer quality-related activities and problem-solving initiatives

• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence projects

 

■ Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field required

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

• Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry are also encouraged to apply

• Experience in manufacturing, quality, automotive, Quality Assurance, or Supplier Quality is preferred

• Familiarity with SPC, RCA, QMS, Corrective Actions, and quality tools is preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

 

■ Essential Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

 

■ Preferred

• Korean-English bilingual capability

• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments

• Internship, co-op, or project experience related to quality engineering
