Sales Position (1 person)
[Job Summary]
This position is responsible for growing sales and supporting customer needs by developing new business opportunities,
managing customer relationships, and executing sales and marketing activities for assigned product lines.
[Principal Responsibilities]
1. Sales & Business Development
- Coordinate and manage customer accounts and sales activities.
- Participate in new business development initiatives and strategic sales planning.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Directly communicate with purchasing and sourcing teams of large corporations nationwide.
2. Account Management & Customer Support
- Support customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the Sales Manager with sales-related tasks, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain detailed client records and account information.
3. Project Management
- Manage project details including project flow, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
4. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses, competitors, and industry trends.
- Monitor market developments and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
5. Additional Duties
- Perform other assignments, projects, and responsibilities as required.
[Job Qualifications]
1. Work Authorization
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
2. Education & Work Authorization
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent college experience).
3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Ability to operate effectively in bilingual business environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural corporate environment with U.S. and Korean teams.
4. Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and apply new concepts.
5. Professional Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Experience in the steel industry preferred.
- Experience in sales, sales planning, and strategic planning preferred.
Sales Admin Position(1 Person)
[Job Summary]
This Position is responsible for assisting the sales staff by utilizing the sales information system to monitor new accounts sold to ensure successful delivery during each sales cycle and provides future account support.
[Principle Responsibilities]
1. SAP & System Use
- Daily use of SAP (ERP System)
2. Documentation & Invoicing
- Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents.
- Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs.
3. Sales & Delivery Support
- Assist sales team delivery status updated.
- Review accuracy of information on Purchase Order; pricing, fees, item numbers, etc.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between sales staff and management.
- Communicate with people in headquarter/vendors/customers regarding billing/payment and shipment issues.
5. Other Duties
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
[Job Qualifications]
1. Work Authorization

2. Education
- High school diploma / college experience
- Accounting, math, computer related majors preferred
3. Communication & Language Skills
- Possess effective communication skills both verbal and written (English/Korean)
- Bilingual(English, Korean) preferred but not required
4. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft, especially Excel)
- Computational skills and experience(ERP, MS office) preferred
5. Work Competencies
- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply new concept quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customer
