업무 내용:
기존 고객 호출에 응답하기
고객 서비스를 제공
클레임 처리, 변경 또는 정책 보증 처리, 질문에 대한 답변 등
보험 요구에 대한 고객상담을 제공하고 새로운 사업을 묶고 처리하기 기존 클라이언트 및 새 클라이언트.
사무실 프로세스에, 경력 인용 플랫폼, 당사의 대행사 관리 시스템, 고객에게 서비스를 가장 잘 제공하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 방법 판매 및 마케팅 기술 등 직책책임은 이에 국한되지 않습니다.

We are looking for a bilingual associate who speaks both English and Korean to work with our existing
client base.
We would prefer someone who has a minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry, with quoting,
servicing and binding experience.
We will consider a potential candidate without insurance industry experience through our interview
process if it is the right fit for our agency, so please don’t hesitate to respond if you have interest in
working for the insurance and financial services industry.
Training will be provided to the associate hired, on our office processes, our careers quoting platforms,
our agency management system, on communication methods to best provide services to our clients,
selling and marketing techniques, etc.
Position responsibilities but not limited to:
To answer existing clients calls and provide customer service which include but are not limited to
processing claims, processing changes or endorsements to policies, answering questions, etc.
To provide consultation to clients regarding their insurance needs and to bind and process new business
applications for existing and new clients.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Compensation will only be discussed during the interview process.
