1. 모집내용 (Job Opening)


1) 부문 (Job Position): Accounting Specialist (정규직) - 2명

• 업무내용 (Job Description):

Main Duties/Responsibilities

- Manage and reconcile Sales and Cost of Goods Sold, according to the operating activities

- Manage aging accounts payables and receivables

- Manage and forecast overall cashflow

- Create customer Invoice, Enter Vendor Bills and receipts into Quickbooks

- Accounting functions, such as billing, preparing and making payments, expense management, etc.

- Manage fixed asset activities including monthly depreciation, disposal, etc.

- Manage and analyze budget in accordance with SG&A expenses

- Monthly Bank reconciliation

- Manage and review payroll entries and related taxes

- Month End Closing and Audit preparation

- Review accounting documents to ensure that all necessary journal entries and transactions are entered and posted onto the general ledger

- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts and profit & loss account

- Monthly, yearly financial forecasts

- Administrative duties, such as purchasing supplies, mailing, office management, etc.

- Assist with Ad-hoc projects, if necessary

- Manage and review and related bond

- Manage and review and related taxes (Property Tax, Sales & Use Tax and report, State annual report)


2) 부문 (Job Position): ACCOUNT MANAGER (PM & INSIDE SALES) (Transformer and Gas Insulated Switchgear) (정규직)

• 업무내용 (Job Description):

          Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

• Staying informed about competing products and services.
