First IC Bank is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Duluth branch! We are a fast growing, community bank serving the community for past 20 years! We are looking for another caring individual to join our team!

The operations specialist position supports the branches by performing duties in branch operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
ATM Balance
Debit Card Chargebacks
NSF and Non-Post Reports
Check Collections and Adjustments
Foreign Item Collections
Verify Large Items
Return Items
Perform Wire Transfer Verifications and Reconciliations
ATM and Mobile Deposit Review
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions (e.g. perform mail merge, table of contents and tables)
Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create and generate spreadsheets (e.g., V-look ups, graphs, pivot tables)
Microsoft PowerPoint skills to include the ability to create and generate complex presentations (e.g. embedding videos, animation schemes)
Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality, quality, and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to manage time and organize workload
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
Ability to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical information such as percent differences, ratios, median, mean, weighted average, etc.
