오토갤러리에서 HR/Payroll Administration을 모집하고 있습니다.

HR

· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave matters

· Handles some employee benefit related information; paid time off balance reports; and 401K contribution updates; payroll deduction payments to carriers

· Assists with regulatory compliance and reporting.

· Maintain SharePoint repository of HR and or related data

PAYROLL

· Processes employee data related to the following: new hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, direct deposits, and tax withholdings.

· Processes Electronic Timesheets; ensures accuracy of employee timekeeping records

· Critically reviews and audits payrolls, including gross pay, hours worked, vacation accruals, tax deductions, benefits deduction, garnishments (if any), etc., and makes necessary corrections prior to final payroll approval and transmission.

· Manages and ensures weekly and semi-monthly disbursement of payroll in accordance with federal, State, and Local wage and hour laws.

· Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.

· New Hire reporting for all states.

· New State registrations, local tax codes, account management (reporting, deactivations, state reciprocity, and rate collection).

· Provides advice to management with regards to Payroll issues
