Mesun Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist.

The Receptionist serves as the face of Mesun Health Services, Inc. both in-person and over the phone. He/She must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong organizational skills, good phone and Microsoft computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Receptionist will greet individuals walking into the facility, answer any incoming phone calls, assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly.
Answer and manage multi-line telephone and paging system.
Managing filing system.
Assist intake coordinator with scan, file, research and organize documents.
Greeting clients and visitors.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory, purchasing, analyzing monthly expenses on patient supplies, Durable Medical Equipment, and Rx.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Mail distribution.
Provide administrative assistance.
Record expenses and analyze monthly expenses.
Work closely with the Account Payable to keep track with invoice and billing.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required
Strong computer and internet skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Warmhearted team player that works well with others

BENEFITS:

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Must be eligible to work in the U. S. and speak English.
