현대일렉트릭 아틀란타법인에서 아래와 같이 신규 현지 채용인원을 모집하니 많은 관심과 지원 바랍니다.

1. 모집내용
- 부문: Electric Motor/Generator/Aftersales(service) Coordinator
- 업무내용: After sales & service / Spare parts offer & order execution / preventive service
- 우대전공: 전기전자공학, 기계공학, 컴퓨터공학

2. 모집대상:
- 미국 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 자
- 기 졸업자
- 영어/한국어 이중 언어 구사자
- 신입 또는 경력(3년 이상)

3. Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating projects, technically and commercially of maintenance and correction of products that have been sold by Hyundai Electric. (Electric Motor, Generator and Drive)
 Interact with local clients and coordinate with HQ Korea Team to resolve the technical issues
 Respond to customer service, evaluate and resolve the issues (troubleshooting, technical support, coordination of third party partners)
 Installation, startup and commissioning of the products(if required)
- Off-site (business travel) work once or twice per month (mostly domestic)
- Upon completing activities at a customer site, effectively establish expectations for any follow-up activities.
- Review and revise technical reports based upon customer`s feedback
- May travel or answer phone after hours (night or weekend)
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

(Preferred Knowledge / Training)
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical fundamentals
- Strong communication skill (HQ Engineering team in Korea and customers in Korea)
- Read and understand manuals, technical documents
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
