[Job Summary]

Senior Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily reporting activities of the accounting team, monitoring and analyzing accounting data, and maintaining oversight of the various accounting systems.

[Supervisory Responsibilities]

Accomplishes department objectives by supervising 7 or more employees and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Accomplishes employee job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Involves scheduling, direct supervision, and evaluation of work as a first-line supervisor over regular employees.
Responsible for recommending such personnel actions such as hiring, firing, discipline, and pay/classification changes for supervised employees
[Duties / Responsibilities]

Maintains G/L Account master record, Posting Period, Business Partner, Employee BP, and Tax code/ Exchange Rate/Asset Master Record /Accrual Engine.
Maintenance of Profit center(Group), Cost center(Group), Cost Element, SKF.
Management of Actual Assessment cycle (CCA, PA)
Manages Actual results & Controlling plan. Make sure the expenditures & Costs are in adherence to the annual budget. Estimate Standard Price. Confirms the capital expenditures and calculates ROI.
Involves in logistics-related activities, such as physical count adjustments, inventoryrelated cost allocation, GR/IR verification, etc. Confirms all income tax. Confirms all income tax, sales tax activities in many countries. Confirms fund schedule by updating outgoing funds for taxes, payroll, and personal & vendor expenses.
Confirms all account payable and accounts receivable activities
Approves all the company expenses such as personal reimbursements, meals, travel, advertisements, etc.
Manages and responsible for material ledger closing and material price analysis.
Runs and checks material ledger statements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
[Required Skills/Abilities]

Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced skill in Accounting Software (SAP)
Bilingual in English/Korean required
Advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software
[Position Detail]
This position requires work on site; not a work from home position
[Education and Experience]
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economy or related field
5-7 years of professional experience related to Accounting
AICPA license required
[Physical Requirements]
Must be able to remain in a stationary position over 70% of the time and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with business partners and employees who have inquiries about Finance issues. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
