PAY :                Salary determined depends on the experience

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration)
• Strong understanding of accounting theory
• 1+ year accounting/finance experience preferred
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work / Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
• Authorized worker in the United States

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting includes work across multiple areas of Accounting including:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable work
• Reconciliation of accounts and records
• Financial Reporting
• Tax Compliance work
• Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards
• Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences and/or for external audiences

General Office Operations includes:
• Ordering office/breakroom supplies, monitor office security and internet service.
• Maintain office space with any maintenance matter with building management.
• Assist with maintaining company assets, company vehicle, business cellphones.
• Immigration / VISA services and Supporting Expatriates for Relocation.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS
• Preferred Languages : Bilingual (English & Korean)
