1. Accounting specialsit (신입~경력 10년)를 모집합니다.

LOCATION : Austin, TX / Irvine, CA / Torrance, CA / Duluth, GA / Atlanata, GA / Norcross, GA
PAY : Salary determined depends on the experience
BENEFITS : Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holidays, 401K
FLSA STATUS : Exempt / Full Time

2. Main Duties/Responsibilities

– Lead month-end closing and quarterly consolidation package preparation
– Business Plan for the following business year
– Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts and profit & loss account
– Manage and reconcile Sales and cost of goods sold, according to the operating activities
– Manage advance payment & deferred revenues
– Manage aging accounts payables and receivables
– Manage and forecast overall cashflow
– Manage fixed asset activities including monthly depreciation, disposal, etc.
– Manage and analyze the budget in accordance with SG&A expenses
– Monthly Bank reconciliation
– Month End Closing and Audit preparation
– Review accounting documents to ensure that all necessary journal entries and transactions are entered and posted onto the general ledger
– Monthly, yearly financial forecasts

3. Preferred Skills

– Knowledge of applicable accounting principles/general ledger systems and procedures (GAAP)
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or any ERP system (SAP preferred)
– Ability to utilize MS office, strong Excel skills preferred

4. Preferred Qualification
– Bilingual in English and Korean
