- 모집분야 (3 openings)
1. Folklift Sales Coordinator (1 opening) - Entry Level
2. 재무분석 (1 opening) - Entry ~ Junior Level
3. 회계 (1 opening) - Entry Level

- 급여 (Salary)
  Salary Range : Entry (50K + Potential Bonus) / Junior (55K ~ 60K + Potential Bonus: depending on experience)

- 주요직무 (Primary Duties):

1. Folklift Sales Coordinator
• Order processing
Use of SAP system ,Quote dealers orders, Make corrections and approve orders, Daily phone communication with dealers, Daily e-mail communication with dealers, Daily update of monthly sales order file, Daily communication with finance team
Invoicing
• Factory Orders
Update excel file with daily factory orders, Create factory orders in SAP
• Quote for freight
Quote different carriers for best quotes, Communicate with dealer’s and arrange shipping once quote is approved
Daily communication with FL shop
• Inventory
Daily accurate update of inventory file
• Work Orders
Daily accurate update of work order file
• Filing

2. 재무분석
• Create financial models, cash flow projections, and benchmarking analysis
• Assist with identifying profitability and risk for various acquisitions and business deals
• Analyze actual results against plans and forecasts and perform variance
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis on actuals vs. plan
• Assist with operational and strategic financial planning
• Ad hoc projects and financial reporting as assigned

3. 회계
• Compile and present detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management at Atlanta office as well as group headquarters in South Korea.
• Month-end Book Closing and prepare and review monthly reconciliation for income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Perform cost and price analysis to determine price reasonableness.
• Accounting Payable Payment Process – Check, Wire, ACH, etc
• Provide assistance to top management to identify control weaknesses and develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Participate in external audits, providing supporting documentation, process flows and analysis.
• Reporting Tax to the Tax Jurisdiction: Income Tax, Sales Tax in US, G/HST Tax in Canada.
• Reporting Estimated Tax Payment to the Tax Jurisdiction.
• Create and implement numerous worksheets using Excel to improve accounting closing procedure.
• Responsible for cash management and treasury activity.
• Train/assist co-workers in software and information systems to support accounting functions.
• Prepare Consolidated Reporting Package aligned with Parent Company.

- Computer Skills Required:
  Experience needed working in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive and Google Maps
  Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve department goals
  Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision

- Language: Must be bilingual (English & Korean)
