Brief description
Sales trainees are sales professionals at the beginning of their career who are gaining experience
in the industry by completing training assignments. At ZBS POS, we provide a full training
session and you will work with current staff in order to learn about the essential sales process
and operations of the business.

Tasks
• Complete the training program in a timely manner
• Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads
• Observe sales process by traveling with sales representatives;
• Work with a senior member to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research
every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to close the deal
• Keep records of all conversations in our CRM system database in a comprehensible way
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities;
reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating
in sales and marketing organizations;
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports

Qualifications and Requirements
• College degree or higher
• Good phone and verbal communication skills along with listening
