> Sales trainees are sales professionals at the beginning of their career who are gaining experience
> in the industry by completing training assignments. At ZBS POS, we provide a full training
> session and you will work with current staff in order to learn about the essential sales process
> and operations of the business.

> Tasks
> • Complete the training program in a timely manner
> • Make cold calls and prospect customers to generate viable leads
> • Observe sales process by traveling with sales representatives;
> • Work with a senior member to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research
> every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to close the deal
> • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM system database in a comprehensible way
> • Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities;
> reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining personal networks; participating
> in sales and marketing organizations;
> • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports

> Qualifications and Requirements
> • College degree or higher
> • Good phone and verbal communication skills along with listening
