Design & Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:
 Due to an integrated role of Product Development and Communication team,
 this Design Specialist will work with a Product Design Manager and a Marketing Manager in the organization to develop
 new Quartz designs as well as lead the planning, execution and management of a wide variety of digital communications
 projects to drive brand awareness  and engagement.

A creative thinker, this team member will regularly present new and innovative ideas to the team and sales partners
to help achieve organizational, brand and product sales and marketing objectives.

Roles & Responsibility:

<Product design development>
• Research the target market and design trends.
• Analyze customer unmet needs and bring out insights.
• Develop design strategies and concepts.
• Create new product designs as well as improve existing products.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate test samples.
• Present design proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Other duties as assigned
