Part Time or Full Time Maintenance Technician

Experienced maintenance supervisor needed for elderly property located in Snellville, Georgia.
Candidate must possess strong supervisory/leadership skills.
At least 3+ yrs in mid-rise building maintenance.
HVAC exp. & CFC Certifications preferred.
Responsible for general property repairs, obtaining vendors and contractors, and some heavy lifting required.
Some computer experience preferred.
Bilingual preferred. Korean is a plus.
Background and drug testing required. Must be bondable.
