Job title: Senior Materials Analyst
Reports to PC&L Manager
FLSA Classification Exempt
Job Summary
Senior materials analyst is responsible for the calculations of incoming materials used in production. Has an active role in inventory management to maintain inventory standards. The position is a highly regarded position of control of all aspects of materials management.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Calculate needed materials for production
2. Provide suppliers needed information for on time delivery of parts
3. Create and maintain part identification information in the ERP system
4. Create and maintain bill of materials in the ERP system
5. Update and maintain price information
6. Update and maintain Item credentials
7. Maintain incoming expendable packaging for production/Mopar
o Concept boxes
o Mopar labels
o pallets
8. Material preparation for Erae AMS production and service
9. Backup for shipping process
10. Backup trainer for shipping process
11. Other Duties as assigned.
Education & Language
1) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, technical or related.
2) MRP/ERP experience.
3) Proficient in MS Excel.
Required Experience
1. 2-4 years of professional related experience
2. Experience with FCA, GM, Ford, Volkswagen and/or Honda preferred. Experience with other automotive OEMs will be considered
3. High Mix – Low Volume work experience.

Physical Requirements and Demands
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Authorization
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
