실업수당 신청후 separation notice

안녕하세요
저는 개인적으로 실업수당을 신청을 했구요. 코로나 사태가 직접적인 원인으로 실직한것은 아니지만
이번에 다양한 직종의 사람들이 신청자격이 있다고 해서 개인적으로 신청을 했어요
신청을 마치고 separation notice를 보내라고 하는데
저는 18개월동안 3군데에서 일을 했고, 2군데는 스스로 그만 두었고 마지막 한 곳은 해고 되었는데
세군데 다 이 서류가 필요한 걸까요?
아시는 분 답변 부탁 드립니다.

<p>코로나 바이러스로 인해 스스로 관뒀어도 신청할수 있읍니다. separation notice는 없으면 안 보네도 되고요. 그리고 당분간 잡 서치를 않해도 실업수당 자격이 유지 됩니다. 여기를 참조하세요. https://dol.georgia.gov/covid-19-individual-faqs</p>
