최근에 경미한 교통사고를 당했는데요 ( 일단정지 하고 있는데 뒤에서 박았어요). 상대방 보험에서 settle 하자고 하는데 어떤걸 선택해야 할지 모르겠어요.
약간 허리가 아픈게 다에요 ( 원래 허리가 약했어요)  사고 나자마자 변호사에 상담했는데 사건이 크지 않아 케이스를 맡지 않겠다고 하더라고요.
카이로 도 제가 직접 예약해서 의료 보험으로 한 session 당 $40 불씩 주고 한 11 번 받았는데 더 심해져서 그만 뒀어요. 후회가 막심합니다.
어느 조건이 좋은걸까요?
아니면 그냥 2 년동안 메디컬빌 클레임 할까요?
만약 앞으로 병원에 가야할경우 굳이 교통사고 때문이 아니라고 하고 제 의료보험으로 치료 받아도 될까요?
 교통사고 때문이라고 하면 복잡해 질거 같아서요. 그럼 의료보험에서도 코페이만 내게 하지는 않을거 같아서요.  이 settlement 받으면 끝이잖아요 그쵸?  Case closed. It’s all on me.

Essentially what we can do is below:

Option 1:

-We can set aside $17,950.00 for Medical Bills received for services related to this accident from the Date of Accident to 30 days after the agreed upon amount to be set aside by our office for related treatment (i.e. 8/18/22 if we resolve the claim today). In short, our office agrees to pay for related services from 6/8/22 to 8/18/22 up to $17,950.00 so that you are not out of pocket for any of your related medical expenses. *Just be sure to either send us the bills or have your provider send us the bills for payment.*

-In addition to setting aside $17,950.00 for your medical expenses related to this accident, we can issue direct payment to you in the amount of $3,000.00 for any time and trouble you've experienced related to your injury claim. These are funds to be paid directly to you and can be used at your discretion. This can be done via check, EFT, or digital payment.

Option 2:

The other option is that we can make direct payment to you in the amount of $10,000.00. This payment would be for your own use, meaning you could use it for co-pays, your medical deductible for related bills, etc.. (or anything else you choose) should you decide to treat further (or decide not to treat further) for your injuries regarding this accident.
