실업직전 급여의 75%이상 보고하면 급여도 받고 실업수당 금도 받을수 있다는건가요?? 혹시 급여의 75%미만을 보고해야 하는것 아닌가요?? <br />예를 들어 코로나전에 한달에 $3000 을 받았다면 지금<br />$2100정도로보고 하면 실업수당금도 7월20정도까지 받을수 있다는건가요??

그런데, PPP는 급여로 사용해야되는데,  원래 급여만큼 줘야되는건 아닌가요? 급여가 휴직하기 전보다 적어도 상관이 없는건지요?

Employer Filed Partial Claims<br />We encourage employers to work with their employees on plans to return to work. When business operations resume to normal operations as it was prior to the COVID-19 crisis, employers should discontinue submitting employer-filed partial claims for any employee who returns to their regular normal work schedule and is earning more than the weekly benefit amount (WBA) plus $300.<br />However, we understand some businesses will gradually return to full operation and many of their employees will be brought back to work on reduced hours. In these cases, the employees are eligible to continue to receive unemployment benefits. If Employee A is receiving $250 per week from the GDOL in regular state unemployment benefits, you would add the $300 exemption amount and the $250 weekly benefit amount from the GDOL yielding $550. Since they earned $450 from the employer for the week and that is less than the $550, Employee A would still be eligible for $100 in state benefits and the additional $600 per week in federal benefits. <br />If Employee B is working 30 hours a week at $30 an hour, you would report his/her earnings for the week at $900. If Employee B is receiving $325 per week from the GDOL, you would add the $300 exemption amount and the $325 weekly benefit amount yielding $625. Since they are earning more from the employer at $900 than the allowed amount of $625 to receive benefits, Employee B would not be eligible for state benefits or the additional $600 per week in federal benefits

PPP 금액 75%를 급여및급여텍스로  잡으셔야 합니다<div>그래서 75%금액을 직원 명수로 나눠서 급여를 산정하시면 되는데  직원이 받던 월급 금액의 75%미만 금액으로 받으면 안된다고 합니다</div>

원래 급여의 75%이상은 받아야 합니다

PPP loan이 통장이 들어오면 바로 그때부터 8주간  급여등등 사용하고 자료를 8주후에 바로 은행에 제출 해야합니다. 원글님처럼 미리 계산하고 준비하시는게 맞죠<br /> 만약에 4월 15일에 대출을 받은 사람이 있다면 8주가 되는 시점인 6월 15일까지 기록을 모아 두어야 하며 신청 은행에서 6월 22일에 탕감을 신청 해야 합니다.<br />그러면 은행은 8월 22일, 60일 안에 탕감을 처리해야 하고요

다시  복직한거로 해서 주급을 300불 이하로 써내면 기존에 받던 UI와 보조금 504불(600불에서 세금공제후) 그대로 받습니다.<br />제가 지난주부터 복직한거로 크레임했는데 수요일에 전에 받던 금액 100%입금되었습니다.<br /><br />PPP 가 얼마 받으셨는지 모르지만 UI+504불은 무조건 받으시고 PPP 75%는 나중에 계산하세요.

지금 실업수당이 365이라면, 거기에 300을 더하면 665이구요,  일을 다시 시작해서 665 이하로 급여를 받으면 ,계속해서 주 실업수당과 연방수당을 받을수 있다는 말인가요?
