오피스 6개월 계약 했는데 4개월전에 notice 를 주지 않았다고 6개월 더 살라고 합니다. > 질문답변

층 하나에 칸막이로 오피스를 나눈것중에 하나를 작년 11월부터 4월까지 6개월계약 했습니다.

이번 코로나로 사정이 안좋아서 4월에 나ㄱ기로 하고 2월 중순에 매니저 에게 이야기를 하니 계약 만료기간

4개월 전에 노티스를 안줘서 6개월 더 살아야 한다고 합니다.

도저히 그럴 사정이 안되서 그럼 1개월 디파짓 된거 안받을 테니 4월에 나가게 해달라고 하니 안된다고 합니다.

지금 나갈꺼면 오피스 책상, 전화기랜탈 비용 까지 청구 해서 8000불 이상을 내라고 합니다.

그래서 6개월 더 있을테니 1800불 짜리 방 말고 800불 짜리 방으로 옮겨 달라고 하니 그것도 방이 없어서 안된다고 하는군요

심지어 매니저는 4개월 전에 노티스를 줘야 된다는 이야기도 안했고 계약 만료 4개월 전에 저희 한테 묻지도 않고 자기 맘대로

계약을 연장 한건데요.

심지어 지금 코로나 때문에 오피스에 2달동안 거의 출근도 하고 있지 않은데 매니저는 late fee를 내고 돈은 천천히 받겠지만

절대로 그냥은 못나간다고 하네요..

시국이 이런데 정말 힘드네요..

법적으로 보호 받는 방법이 없을까요
