  You have been identified to have potential eligibility for the Federal Pandemic Unemployment
  Assistance (PUA) program provided by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security
  (CARES) Act of 2020.

  You must complete the PUA application to have your eligibility determined. Your eligibility for
  PUA will be determined based on the previous tax year, January 1, 2019 through December 31,2019.

  You are being provided a link for the PUA application based on your ineligibility for state
  unemployment benefits and potential eligibility for PUA.

  You may file your claim online at PUA


  You will need the following information when applying for PUA:

            1. Your Social Security Number
            2. Your GDOL Personal Identification Number (PIN). This is the PIN you created when you
                filed your State regular unemployment insurance (UI) claim. If your employer filed a
                State UI claim on your behalf and you have not already established a PIN, you may
                create a PIN using UI Benefit Payment Methods
                on the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) website at dol.georgia.gov under Online Services.
                If you do not remember your PIN, select Reset Your PIN.
            3. Information about your employment and wages for the period of January 1, 2019 through
                December 31, 2019 (most recent tax year)
            4. Copies of your tax year 2019 federal and state tax returns or forms


  Upon submission of your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your PUA
  claim and next steps instructions.
