I will try to come by today to speak with you or on Monday early evening.
What all these emails mean is that this case MAY go to trial the week of January 13 or February 10. We might get only a few hours notice, more likely learn the day before having to be in the courthouse ready to go. When called to trial, we will start in the morning at 9 am or in the afternoon at 1 pm or 1:30 pm and will be excused each day around 5 pm.
You need to have plans in place so that, when I notify you that it is time to go, that you come to the courthouse (perhaps following me in the car) and can stay until excused each day. We likely will take 3 days to try this case, partly because of the time it will take to use an interpreter.
I will plan to meet with you on Saturday, January 11, 2014, at a time that works for you to rehearse and to prepare for the trial. Practice, practice, practice! We may prepare and then not go to trial the week of January 13. We may prepare and not go to trial the week of February 10. But we must be prepared.
