답을 해주실분이 없을거예요..
모두들 매주 신청하면서 막연하게 기다리고 있습니다.
지금 많은 분들이 BYE(Benefit Year End)가 3월 중순에서 말 사이에 끝났는데 다시 Reapply를 해야되는지 말아야하는지 고민하고 있을 겁니다.

GDOL 홈에보면 다음과 같은 내용이 있는데 영어 잘하시는분이 요약좀 해주었으면 좋겠습니다.

개인이 신청하던 사람은 BYE가 끝나면 Reapply해야하는건지...
고용주가 매주 신청해주던 사람들은 고용주가 계속 크레임 신청하면 자동연장된다는 건지...

저는 고용주입장에서 직원들 크레임을 해주었늠데 BYE이후에도 계속 크레임 신청했더니 연장된 편지가 날라오고 My UI도 새로 1년 업데이트 되었습니다.
그러나 BYE이후 돈은 아직 안들어 오고 있습니다.
4월 중순 넘어야 나온다는 글을 본것 같은데 기억이 안나네요.

Those who filed an individual claim and have reached the end of the 52-week period allowed for benefits will need to refile a claim to reopen his/her benefit year reporting any additional work history, including temporary, part-time, self-employment, or W-2 work. Once the new regular UI claim is processed, claimants who are unable to establish a valid regular UI claim will be placed back into the appropriate federal CARES Act program for benefits to continue. If a claimant’s employer is filing an employer filed claim on his/her behalf and he/she reaches the end of the 52-week period, the benefit year will renew the following week when the employer requests a weekly payment for the employee. 방법은 신청한 DOL에 전화를 하시면 도움을 받을수 있습니다.
통화가 쉽지 않습니다. 지인은 30분정도  기다려서 통화한 후에 바로 해결 받았다고 들었습니다.
