Looking for a roommate that is currently attending college/grad school in the Chamblee-Brookhaven area. It is a new townhome gated community that is walking distance from the Chamblee Marta station and the wholefoods in Brookhaven. The bedroom is upstairs and you will have to share a bathroom. The room is fully furnished and there are all the basic amenities such as washer/dryer, A/C, heating, kitchen, etc. as well as bonus amenities such as a 82inch TV. There are currently 3 men and 1 woman living in the residence. All the current residents are 25-30 and are fully employed. English is mostly used to communicate as most of the residents were born in the U.S and graduated from U.S universities. It is a warm family environment.

The rent is 700 a month including utilities.
one downside is that only guest parking will be available.
