UGA 학생인데 이번 겨울 12월에 조기 졸업합니다. 하여 다음 봄 학기 까지 남아있는 아파트 방 렌트합니다. 2014년 1월 부터 쓸 수 있습니다.4베드 4베쓰 중 제가 쓰고 있는 1베드와 1베쓰를 쓰시는 것이고 부엌과 거실은 룸메이트들과 같이 씁니다.모두 여학생이므로 여성 룸메이트만 받습니다.렌트비는 $385이고 수도세, 케이블, 와이파이는 포함되어 있습니다.방은 침대, 책상, 옷장 등 가구 완비되어 있으며 매우 깨끗합니다.아파트 단지 입구에는 게이트 설치되어 있어 안전하며 수영장, 컴퓨터 실, 스터디 룸, 짐도 완비되어 있어 거주하며 공부하고 운동하기에 편리합니다.아파트는 UGA에서 10분 거리에 있으며 버스 있고 UGA학생은 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.관심 있으신 분들은 위 이메일로 연락 주세요.감사합니다.
