* It’s in the center of midtown.
* 2 mins away to Marta Midtown station. If you do not have a car, ’m happy to get you an unlimited Marta pass for a month.
* 5 - 15 mins walking distance to Georgia Tech, Google office, Piedmont park.
* Grocery store: Publix is one block away. Whole foods is within 10 mins away.

- Pricing
* The rent plus utilities and WiFi together are around $2350 per month.
* If you are looking for taking the whole period of time, I am willing to sublet it for $2200 (with everything included) for the month since it's last minute. (Im happy to negotiate the price further.)
* If you are looking for a shorter term, I am willing to rent it out for $80 per day.
* $150 deposit - I will return it as long as no damage is made.
* The community has 1 gym, 1 movie theatre, and 1 swimming pool.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy. Please treat my apt like your own place.
I will also leave some Girl Scout cookies or other snacks before leaving the key to you. : )
