Hey y’all! We're looking to fill a 1/1 in a large 5/4 house near Grant Park and East Atlanta Village! (available now)
$1050/month includes all utilities & bi-weekly cleaning service
Private spacious bedroom with a ceiling fan, lots of natural lighting, two closets, and bathroom
Secure, modern Smart home, fenced yard w/ porch, patio & fire pit.
Washer and dryer available on site
AT&T Fiber 1000 w/ fast wifi and no data caps
Various streaming TV services including HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, Prime, Apple+, etc.
Minutes from Interstates 20, 85/75
Parking available for you and guests
House is dog friendly! Unfortunately no cats due to allergies
Easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer. Close to East Atlanta Village, Krog Street Market, Madison Yards AMC, Edgewood Shopping District, Atlanta Zoo, Beltline south trail, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park
Centrally located in Atlanta near business districts, GSU, Grant Park, and the airport
10-20 minutes to Midtown, Buckhead or Decatur

3 professionals currently share this house; 2 guys, 1 girl and 2 very cute pups
This house is generally quiet during work hours since most of us WFH. On weekends, we like to go hiking, sporting events, walk the Beltline, hosting friends, etc. Ideally someone who lives by a similar lifestyle would do great with our group. Bonus points if you can cook and love to share. We have hot pot nights, pho nights and occasionally do grill on the fire pit.
If interested, please inquire and tell us a little bit about yourself! (We want to make sure this is a good fit for us as well.) Can do FaceTime showings or in-person showings if you’re in town.
