안녕하세요 

브룩헤이븐 타운홈 4번째 룸메 구합니다 (남자분)

타운홈은 4베드 3.5 화장실 입니다.

다운타운쪽 학교를 다니는 대학생분들이라면 살기 좋은 위치입니다.

바로 뒤에 홀푸즈 마켓이 있고 에모리 대학교 차로 10분 벅헤드까지 차로 10분 다운타운까지 15분정도 걸립니다.

집은 챔블리 마르타 역까지 차로 약 1분, 도라빌 H 마트까지는 차로 약 5분 정도 거리에 있습니다.

렌트는 한달에 750불+ 유틸리티 전기, 수도, 가스만 (대략 100불정도) ,인터넷과 정수기 비용은 렌트비에 포함되어 있습니다. 

개인방 + 1명이서 쓰는 공유 화장실 

방사이즈는 11x11 Sqft

침대와 책상 fully furnished 입니다.

Looking for a cool roommate in their 20-30s. Preferrably male as the other three members are male.

Everyone gets their own room but the room that is open to lease out has a shared bathroom.

It is $750 per month without utilities and utilites range from 50-150 per person and spikes during the summer months due to the electric bill from A/C. 

The coway water dispenser and the internet bill is paid for by the landlord.

We are looking for someone to move in by November/December 2025.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and a desk.

We are in a prime location right behind Whole Foods which is in walking distance. We are 10-15 minutes away from Emory and the same for Buckhead. We are a 2 minute drive from the Chamblee Marta station.

All three other members work daily and are pretty laid back. Kitchen and living room is open for everyone to use.

We want someone whos clean and respectful to their surroundings and are generally cool people/
