This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Wonderful location! I am looking to rent out 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Bedroom with walk in closet is $875 per month. The smaller bedroom is $850 per month. They will be sharing a bathroom. I am looking for low-key, quiet, clean, reliable, trustworthy and female roommates. Rent includes valet trash. Remaining utilities are separate, and will be split 3 ways. Minimum one year lease. It's in the process of being renovated, and will be available September 1st. Absolutely no cats please due to allergies.
